Welcome to Spring. In this 2 hour workshop, we will slowly begin to awaken from our winter slumber through meditation, intention and Vin Yin yoga.

This workshop is suitable for all levels.

There will be an opportunity during the workshop to journal and set your intentions for the coming months.

All yoga equipment is supplied and there will be a special spring tea on offer.
