Movement Medicine with Carolyn returns with a charity event to raise money for Homeless Project Scotland.

This Winter Immersive Dance will take you on a musical journey. We will dance with the elements of earth, fire, water, wind, and ether; through our bodies, we will connect to our strengths and resources and bring these out through movement. 

Through the teachings and tapestry of Movement Medicine, we will dance our way back into connection with our hearts, return home to our bodies a little bit more, and reintegrate the mind, body, heart and soul intelligence. 

The spaces I offer are inclusive and welcoming. This is a space where we meet on the dance floor as we are. There is no requirement to be a ‘Dancer’, we are all dancers of our own lives. There is freedom within my sessions to dance and move how you want to move, whatever you’re feeling – all of you is welcome.

Come and dance because you think you can’t dance, because you love dancing, or you've never danced sober; whatever your story – come and move your body, release stress, and spark your joy!
