This retreat is dedicated to exploring some yoga and mindfulness practices with the emerging Spring  energy in mind. 

A day to relax, renew, revitalise!

What to expect: group discussions, gentle Zen Yoga focused on stimulating the energy lines in the body associated with Spring Season, Mindfulness Meditation - new growth, nutritious vegetarian lunch with foods particularly beneficial this time of the year, creative activity, balancing breathwork and deep relaxation.
