Hello! I'm Ailsa. I started practicing yoga nearly 6 years ago and became a qualified 200 hour Yoga Alliance International teacher in 2021.
I teach a Vinyasa Flow Class at Yama Studios Glasgow on a Thursday evening from 7.30-8.30pm.

Vinyasa yoga is a moving meditation where sequence of movements is coordinated with the breath. This branch of yoga is great for creating strength in the body and mind, increasing flexibility and bringing the mind to the present moment.

My classes are suitable for all levels, and are adapted to each student depending on their ability and prior experience.
