Welcome to Summer. In this 2 hour workshop, we will celebrate the solar energy of the sun on the longest day through meditation, reflection and Vinyasa Flow yoga.

This workshop is suitable for all levels. There will be an opportunity during the workshop to journal your reflections from the first 6 months of the year. 

All yoga equipment is supplied and there will be a special summer tea on offer.
