This workshop is designed to provide you with the tools to connect to your inner being and hold space for your true needs. There will be guided breath work aimed at activating your rest and digest body, encouraging deep relaxation and restoration. I will lead you through a dynamic vinyasa flow followed by slower, nurturing stretches which is accessible for all levels - modifications and variations will be provided but you are encouraged to take it at your own pace and do only what feels good. Our focus will be on moving with the breath, leaving your body gently worked and your mind calmer.
To finish our practice I will play Crystal and Tibetan sound bowls to help you reach a more restorative relaxed stated. There are many benefits of sound vibrations, but my favourite is the chance to be still in the busy world.
This is a perfect opportunity to explore your inner world and focus on being mindful and present, accepting who you are, exactly as you are.
